Habitat: Fynbos. Sandstoney soil. In full sun, on moderate slope. Undisturbed. Abundant. Insect pollinated.
Description: Dioecious. Sprawling shrub, 0.30 m high. Many stems arising from a rootstock. Leaves have a red margin, hairless & thickened. Female flowerhead has a sweet scent & light yellow flowers. Female plant.
